SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Technician is responsible for the organization and up keep of the Midland facility. Housekeeping for our facility is of the upmost importance to ensure we follow all HSE standards. The following bullet points outline some of the more routine functions of the position:
JOB DUTIES:
Assist management with physical inventory countsOrganize inventory- Reduce number of product containersPrepare inventory for shipment-Proper container, labels, placarding, lids, caps, etc.Prepare equipment (trucks, trailers, etc.) for transit during downtime (perform additional pre and post trip inspections)-Consists of simple minor repairs including tires, lights, brake cables, etc.Assist other operations personnel in loading and unloading of inventory on trucks and trailersAssist with blending operation when needed and as directedOrganize other tools, equipment that are needed at various timesGeneral housekeeping of warehouse, office and yard -Pick up trash, broken pallets, various disregarded items and dispose of them properly-Sweep WarehouseMaintain property vegetation (cut down weeds)

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:
High school diploma or GED (18-21 years of age)A minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a warehouse or production support (blending, loading) environment.Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment (i.e., forklift, pallet jacks, skid loaders, etc.)Medically qualified to wear a respiratorPhysically able to lift 60 pounds, climb stairs or a ladder, and agile enough to squat and bendTeam player with ability to perform physical workForklift operation certified (in house training required)
