JOB DESCRIPTION

What this Department does:

The Business Analyst groups provide a variety of analytical services that support and promote the gas services department, including but not limited to analysis in the following areas: Financial (forecast support), Invoicing, Contracts Administration, Regulatory and systems/IT (reporting and system user). Tallgrass seeks a highly skilled SQL Reporting Intern to develop and support our growing analytics needs as an infrastructure company.What you will bring:

Education:

Currently pursuing an accredited degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with an expected graduation date of December 2024-December 2025

Experience/Specific Knowledge

• Coursework or experience in SQL technology
• Coursework or experience in SQL BI Developments (SSRS/PowerBI/MSSQL)
• Coursework or familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

What else you need to know:

Our internships are temporary full-time positions, in-person/remote hybrid at our Lakewood, CO. office. We will host our Summer 2025 interns from May-August for 10 weeks.

Compensation And Other Benefits

• Pay Range $26.29-30.04 USD hourly
• You may be eligible for a stipend to subsidize housing costs
• The final pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and working location. The total compensation package for this role may also include overtime pay, paid time off, a housing stipend, and more.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for researching and evaluating various software platforms to identify the best business solutions for automating user workflows and testing processes. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in automation technologies and business process optimization.

You can expect to:

• Research and assess different software platforms to determine the most effective solutions for automating workflows and testing.
• Assist in the implementation and integration of automation tools.
• Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and provide recommendations for automation.
• Document findings and prepare reports on software evaluation and implementation progress.
