Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Production Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, balancing both onsite and remote responsibilities while contributing to exciting design projects.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to guide the outcomes of design deliverables through meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Prepare files for print, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design specifications.
• Participate in prototyping sessions, color and content reviews, and photoshoots as needed.
• Develop presentation decks for leadership review, showcasing design concepts and progress.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create high-quality design materials.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-driven approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Skills

• A degree in design or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in production design.
• Familiarity with Mac computer programs and design software.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
