Hilton Orlando is searching for a passionateFood and Beverage Leader-in-Development to join the team! This leadership development program offers resources, support, and hands-on training for future leaders.

As aFood and Beverage Leader-in-Development, you will rotate through all six Food & Beverage outlets. You will gain extensive experience in regards to scheduling, ordering, inventory, coaching process, overseeing/supporting operations and so much more.

Pay Rate:$21.00 per hour.

What will I be doing?

A Food and BeverageLID is responsible for overseeing the services in the open food and beverage outlets in the hotel to ensure delivery of outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervise and train team members in all food and beverageoperations
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
• Demonstrate strong menu and bar knowledge
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, third-party liability, liquor laws and alcohol awareness standards and procedures
• Use proper cash handling and accounting procedures to total, process and collect payments from guests
• Create revenue-generating promotions
• Perform staff and additional duties, as required
