MAJOR PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:

• To monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movement and discrepancies


• Receive, process, and verify incoming shipments of consumable parts and supplies


• Maintain the integrity of the inventory evaluation ensuring counts and consumption are correct.


• Set-Up and perform daily cycle-count process within the cage Research any discrepancies in the Plant to ensure inventory accuracy.


• Maintain the inventory programs to ensure the information is accurate and items are accounted for


• Daily receiving of purchased parts, tools, and supplies


• Identify obsolete or slow-moving inventory to process out


• Obtain RMA’s as needed for non-conforming material to be shipped back to vendor


• Responsible for inventory adjustments and proper documentation


• Weekly physical inventory process


• Ensure the warehouse is organized and items are in their proper location.

INVENTORY CONTROL:

• Provide regular inventory audits on programs to ensure accuracy of records


• Monitor effectively work inventory management reports


• Coordinate with management to optimize stock levels

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and process incoming inventory and supplies


• Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing parts and supplies


• Process internal material requisitions


• Organize and sort stockroom


• Provide exceptional customer service


• Maintain an accurate Tool Program


• Ensure items, tools, and other miscellaneous items are issued out accordingly on a daily basis


• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
