JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Data entry- Performs data entry and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness and legibility of data. Assists with the development and evaluation of forms. Enter process and data into various databases. Maintain internal record keeping system(s) Maintains master files.
  
  


• 
  Quality assurance- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of data manually entered by others. Maintains and audits data, providing status and activity reports as required. Maintains and revises lists, control records, and coding schemes necessary to process source data. Maintains master files.
  
  


• 
  Reporting- Prepare reports for internal validation and cross validation. May evaluate and resolve issues regarding contents of reports.
  
  


• 
  Data Review- Process data. Review reports, tables, and listings. Support the data management process.
  
  


• 
  Data Systems- Assist with the development, testing and implementation of studies. Organize data to analyze, identify and report trends. Develop case report forms.
  
  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  


• 3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
