Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and invoice processing
Prepare and reconcile financial statements and reports
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company standards
Support the accounting department with bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and accounts payable/receivable
Process expense reports and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
Handle office administration, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence
Assist with monthly and year-end closings
Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
Previous experience in accounting or office support preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive financial information
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
