Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Investor Relations Assistant - Office Admin to join their client's vibrant team in Huntington Beach, CA. This position is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in an office environment and enjoys supporting various administrative tasks. The role is entirely onsite and is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy contributing to the smooth operation of a bustling office.
Responsibilities
Assist with inter-department communication to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing.
Receive, review, and compose emails as needed, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Receive, open, and organize incoming mail efficiently.
Receive and prepare checks for mailing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain owner data and files, keeping them updated and organized.
Assist with the onboarding process of new owners, providing necessary support and information.
Research and gather information as needed for various tasks and projects.
Perform general data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Handle general clerical work, contributing to the overall functionality of the office.
Support any special tasks, projects, and follow-ups that arise, showcasing adaptability and initiative.
Qualifications
Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred.
Recent work experience in an office setting is essential.
1.5 years of recent related work experience.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
Benefits
The role offers competitive pay with a maximum and minimum rate of $22 per hour.
