Ray-Ban Meta AI Glasses have had a positive response from the public, and we are growing the team as we look to accelerate growth - and plan for an expanded portfolio of products in the future. We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive and manage the go-to-market launch of future wearable products. This role will be embedded with our go-to-market and product teams and will represent the perspective of the market and user feedback within product development to ensure we are making the best decisions to drive adoption, value for customers, and business growth. As part of the Go-to-Market PMM Team, you'll be working to unlock the next phase of wearables AI technology adoption worldwide.
Product Marketing Lead - Wearables, Future Devices GTM Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Product Marketing Managers, responsible for the planning, execution, and management of future Wearables devices programs
Support all aspects of career and personal development for reporting team
Support the team in setting priorities, ensuring cross-functional support & resources, and unblocking as they navigate new work streams across the company
Develop and validate audience definition and sizing, product positioning, naming, and go-to-channel
Maintain an ongoing canonical understanding of the wearables ecosystem, and competitive landscape, to identify Go-To-Market considerations, emerging use cases, and other growth opportunities
Lead the development of out-of-the-box Go-To-Market plans for new-to-world products, and drive integrated efforts across cross functional teams
Influence cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Design, etc.) to consistently build with our customer at the core, by building relationships, backing up claims with solid data and analyses and make change through aligned goals
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field
5+ years of people management experience
Experience coaching team members through synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights, to creating consumer lead global briefs
Experience partnering with integrated marketing, data science, and product organizations to drive key results
Experience working with cross functional, matrixed teams with high degrees of ambiguity
Experience working in global marketing with hardware or physical products (eg. Consumer Electronics hardware, Consumer Packaged Goods)
Experience presenting to executives and putting together commensurate documents and presentations
Growth mindset, views problems as opportunities and ambiguity as adventure
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Product marketing experience managing across a portfolio of products - including projects that work across a multi-product portfolio
Experience leading teams to drive initiatives that have not been done before - setting goals, communicating the business vision, bringing stakeholders along, facilitating cross-functional alignment, through execution, measurement, and performance assessment
Experience identifying and analyzing long term, critical problems facing the relevant areas of the business and drove solutions for them - including, marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance
10+ years of experience in product marketing
Master of Science/Master of Business Administration degree or equivalent experience
