• Provide reception and administrative support to maintain an organized and efficient office environment.


• Manage confidential client records and update financial systems.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of administrative or client service experience in financial services, wealth management, financial licensing, or a related field.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
