Job Description:

An excellent client of ours located in Philadephia, PA is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team!


Qualifications

• AP & AR experience


• QuickBooks experince highly desired

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record transactions: Record daily transactions like sales, purchases, receipts, and payments


• Reconcile accounts: Compare bank statements to accounting records to ensure accuracy


• Process payroll: Calculate wages, withhold taxes, and issue payments


• Manage accounts: Track invoices, payments, and overdue accounts


• Monitor budgets: Track budgets, identify variances, and recommend adjustments


• Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist with audits
