Starting Rate: Up to $36.61 an hour (based on experience) plus 7.5% Premium. 12-hour night shift (training will be on day shift)

Work Hours: 12 hrs nights - 6pm -6am, 4 crew schedule. (training will be on day shift

Location: 3094 Lester Dr. Kendallville, IN

As our Electrician, you will:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems (motors, generators, transformers, and controls)
• Troubleshoot electrical issues to keep operations efficient
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Work with other teams to coordinate repairs and installations
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
• Keep records of maintenance and repairs

• At least 3 years of industrial electrical experience in manufacturing
• Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLC's (examples: EG, Allen Bradley, Siemens) and attention to detail
• Experience with handheld tablets or scanners
• Valid electrical certification (as required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to Lift and carry up to 50 pound
• Must be able to stand for the entire duration of your shift
