Exciting opportunity to advance your Commercial Real Estate career, supporting a leading owner/operator in the management of their national retail portfolio.
This position, based out of our client's corporate office, will play a key role in maintaining the highest level of tenant relations across a defined Tri-State portfolio. Collaborating with in-house property management and construction teams, the Tenant Coordinator will utilize excellent organizational and administrative skills to support each tenant's journey throughout the lifecycle of their lease. Duties will include:
Working with the Leasing department to track all newly signed deals, and issue welcome packs to new tenants.
Collect and maintain all necessary contact information for respective tenant stakeholders.
Track all tenant interior/exterior construction projects, monitoring critical milestone dates, and updating all key internal and external stakeholders.
Review and approve tenant construction drawings, permitting, and bidding processes.
Coordinate the setup and transfer of utility accounts.
