Job Title: Siteworks Project Manager


Location: Houston, Texas


Experience Required: Minimum 5 years


Role Requirements:

• Clear and thorough understanding of underground wet utilities and dirt work.


• Detail-oriented personality with an analytical outlook towards material, equipment, cost tracking, and subcontractors.


• Experience in earthwork, underground wet utilities, or civil engineering field work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee siteworks projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.


• Track and manage project costs, materials, and equipment.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.


• Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.

Travel Requirements: Limited travel; less than 5% of total time.


Work Environment: Prolonged periods in office.
