An exciting opportunity awaits for Superintendents and Senior Superintendents to lead California's first volumetric modular DSA student housing project. This groundbreaking development aims to provide 250 beds for housing-insecure and homeless students, featuring three distinct residential neighborhoods: traditional, semi-suite, and studio apartments. These neighborhoods are seamlessly connected and enriched with shared community spaces, including kitchens, study rooms, social lounges, exterior courtyards, and other amenities.


The design prioritizes inclusivity, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere, fostering a vibrant and supportive residential community. The successful candidates will oversee the project from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects align with the project's goals and standards.


Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.


• Ensure compliance with DSA regulations and standards.


• Manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain project vision and objectives.


• Oversee quality control and safety protocols on-site.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent in DSA or residential construction.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
