Salary: $175,000.00 USD Annually - $200,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Vice President of Sales with for an MRO Parts and Services provider with international reach located in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area. The qualified individual will have global experience in MRO and USM sales.




COMPENSATION: $165,000 to 200,000 + Bonus and Commission (Total over 300k)



WORKSITE: Remote with frequent travel to the Ft Lauderdale, FL area



MUST HAVE: 10+ years in a driving and developing sales organizations responsible for selling through key relationships in Commercial, Defense, Corporate aerospace and MRO organizations
MUST HAVE: Bachelors Degree



MUST HAVE: The ability totravel extensively when needed (Approximately 60% travel)



MUST HAVE:

  MRO Sales Experience a must

RESPONSIBILITIES:



- Directs and supervises all Sales and Marketing functions to achieve established goals


- Responsible for preparing and submitting accurate sales quotations for all company products and services


- Ensures thorough review of customer terms and conditions by department personnel to protect the company's interests


- Coordinates with the Management Team and other divisional departments as required


- Reviews all major contract quotations and purchase orders


- Directs and manages customer relations and correspondence to establish and maintain optimal customer relationships


- Coordinates and attends trade shows with the sales team to maximize impact while minimizing costs


- Develops and revises sales policies and procedures to achieve sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction


- Directs and oversees sales forecast input activities and interfaces with Supply Chain/Purchasing


Effectively communicate sales inventory needs


- Maintains an effective department organization plan to facilitate management, control, and coordination of all sales and customer service activities


- Ensures proper selection, training, development, and placement of department personnel to meet the requirements of their assignments


- Maintains satisfactory personnel relations to ensure fair treatment of all employees, promote cooperation, and stimulate employees to perform to the best of their abilities


- Prepares and submits the annual sales and expense budgets for the department


- Organizes and conducts sales budget review meetings


- Actively promotes quality and continuous improvement within the Sales department and the entire company


- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including handbook guidelines, training requirements, and state and federal regulations



EDUCATION:



- Bachelors degree or a Master's degree Preferred


- 10+ years in a driving and developing sales organizations responsible for selling through key relationships in Commercial, Defense, Corporate aerospace and MRO organizations
- Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and strong experience with Salesforce.com (or equivalent)


- An APICS certification would be considered a plus
