Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Operational Excellence Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Warrington, PA area.

The Operational Excellence Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations, enhancing productivity, efficiency, and quality through lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and best practices.


Key Responsibilities:


•Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes.


•Implement lean manufacturing strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.


•Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate defects in production processes.


•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence initiatives.


•Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.


•Train and mentor staff on lean principles and continuous improvement techniques.


•Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


•Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor progress and drive accountability.


•Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.


•Prepare and present reports on project progress to senior management.


Qualifications:


•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.


•Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, focusing on operational excellence.


•Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.


•Proven track record of leading continuous improvement projects.


•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


•Ability to work effectively in a team environment.


•Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
