JOB TITLE: Controller
REPORTS TO: VP of Accounting


General Summary: The Controller is responsible for managing the accounting and financial record-keeping of the business.
Core Areas of Responsibility:

Responsible and accountable for ensuring financial inputs are done within a timely fashion, and per GAAP standards.
Responsible for managing the payables process for all Elite companies.
Responsible for all accounting-related modules in Acumatica.
Responsible and accountable for providing financial reports to fit the short and long-term needs of the businesses.
Responsible for managing use and sales tax reporting and associated correspondence.
Cash Management; including managing daily cash balances and line of credit utilization.
Provide tactical leadership to the accounting team.
Maintain relationships with external business partners.
Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time based on the needs of the organization.
