Director of Ancillary Services Job Summary:

Here at BridgePoint Healthcare the Director of Ancillary Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and overall performance of the Laboratory, Radiology, Employee Health, and Rehabilitation Services departments. This role ensures high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant patient care services while driving efficiency and innovation across all ancillary functions. The director collaborates with physicians, administration, and staff to enhance service delivery, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction.

Nursing Director, RN Director, RN Leadership, Nurse Executive, Registered Nurse Executive, Registered Nurse Leader, DON, ADON, Nurse Manager, Ancillary Director

Education: Master’s degree in nursing or related field preferred

Licenses/Certification: Registered Nurse (RN) License

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in ancillary services, laboratory, radiology, rehabilitation, or employee health. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, financial management, and quality improvement processes.
