RESULTS STATEMENT
The Bilingual Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader ensures that the jobs assigned to their crew, comprised of both Spanish and English speaking employees, are mowed and trimmed to BSS standards, while facilitating a culture that embraces continuous improvement, is client-focused and promotes ethical behavior that empowers their team to maintain these standards.

STRATEGIC WORK
Motivates staff to perform with excellence by modeling professionalism and servant leadershipMonitors team equipment and ensures that all essential repairs are reported in a timely mannerAdheres to and maintains Standard Operating Procedures for routine division practicesTrains new hires on AspireCommunicates with Maintenance Field Leader regarding team needsMeets with Maintenance Field Leader weekly to discuss quality and improvement and teams performance

TACTICAL WORK
Explains and carries out the most efficient way to perform a jobExplains any notes about the jobDouble checks that the job is complete and property is left better than when BSS arrivedPicks up any garbage or debris on jobsiteEnsures records are correctly entered in AspireMonitors and demonstrates safe use of equipment and drives (and backs-up) truck and trailer to/at worksitesCommunicates with clients on jobsite with professionalismMakes necessary preparations for the next day as noted in Standard Operating ProceduresExhibits willingness to work on any company crew using assigned equipment (BSS prefers and provides opportunities for year-round employment)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to speak fluently in both English and Spanish languagesAge 16 or olderLegal, valid, unrestricted, driver's licenseReasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors provided at BSSAbility to back up and drive with a trailer efficiently
