Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:Supervise, mentor, and motivate production team members to achieve performance goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Operational Management:Plan and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production schedules, quality standards, and customer expectations.Safety & Compliance:Uphold and enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).Continuous Improvement:Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize workflows using lean manufacturing principles.Quality Assurance:Collaborate with quality teams to maintain the highest product standards and resolve non-conformance issues promptly.Employee Development:Support professional growth by providing training, feedback, and development opportunities for team members.Communication:Act as a liaison between the production floor and management, effectively communicating updates, challenges, and solutions.
