What You’ll Do:
•    Provide effective leadership and oversight for the daily operations of one or more properties
•    Highlight property features and benefits while building strong relationships and delivering exceptional leasing services
•    Budget and manage leasing sales 
•    Negotiate vendor contracts for the property
•    Explain and assist with the completion of applications and leasing agreements
•    Train and develop staff to provide excellent service 
•    Be available to assist at other properties as necessary 
•    All other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need
•    Management or supervisory experience- 1 to 2 years minimum (service-oriented industry) 
•    Attention to detail and a knack for explaining the features available on property
•    Technical experience and effective computer skills- Yardi experience preferred
•    The ability to multi-task and to follow-up with potential renters, vendors and residents 
•    Exceptional communications both over the phone and in-person
