Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Senior

Client Advisor
for ourClient Service Teambased out of ourNashville, TN office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.



We will count on you to:



  • Independently oversee and manage large or complex accounts, bringing the entire team together to formulate procedures and go-to-market strategies.

  • Maintain a near-complete understanding of clients' business strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs to provide tailored advice and solutions.

  • Utilize expert risk knowledge and understanding of the insurance marketplace to review clients' exposures and loss experiences, recommending additional products and services as needed.

  • Develop, present, and oversee the execution of renewal and placement strategies in conjunction with Placement, Advisory Leaders, and Client Executives across all zones.

  • Present to prospective clients, identify the need for new products, and develop innovative solutions to gain new clients and projects.




What you need to have:



  • Strong skills using MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and other digital applications.

  • Some knowledge of commercial property/casualty insurance programs and the underwriting process.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills within a digital environment.

  • Competent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and work independently as well as part of a team.

  • A thought leader with an in-depth knowledge of changing risk and insurance market conditions.
