Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Accessibility Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to create innovative, user-centered designs that enhance the digital experience for our customers.
Responsibilities

• Develop and present engaging, strategic ideas that align user needs with business goals.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to inform design processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility and usability in all digital products.
• Utilize human-centered design methods to create inclusive experiences for all users.
• Review and evaluate designs and prototypes for accessibility compliance.
• Mentor team members on best practices in accessibility and user experience design.

Skills

• Proven experience in user experience design and a strong understanding of design principles.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Knowledge of semantic HTML and ARIA markup.
• Familiarity with user-centered design processes from concept to delivery.
• Experience with assistive technologies and their application in design.
