Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Materials Library Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid setting while contributing to the management of material specifications and standards.
Responsibilities

• Support material standards by collaborating with product development and technology teams.
• Manage vendor requests for updates to the material library and implement changes as needed.
• Assist in maintaining digital material libraries, templates, and related assets.
• Provide guidance on material selection by working closely with business teams.
• Act as a liaison between product, engineering, and technology teams to ensure material specifications align with project needs.

Skills

• Experience in material standards, product materials, or asset management.
• Strong collaboration skills across various teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using digital tools, databases, and workflow systems.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software or material management systems.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or product development industries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
