Responsibilities

• Prepare, track, and manage all client subscription documents and relevant paperwork for alternative investments.


• Serve as a liaison between clients and external investment sponsors to ensure timely resolution of client paperwork issues.


• Answer account documentation inquiries and establish client accounts on firm systems.


• Verify that all documentation received from clients complies with regulatory and compliance standards.


• Maintain workflow procedures and onboarding documentation.


• Communicate and collaborate closely with client-facing Service and Sales teams to provide high-quality service.


• Work on special projects as necessary, such as automation-related projects or new business lines.


• Analyze and solve problems both independently and with the team.


• Monitor and escalate onboarding issues to ensure a high-quality response to clients.
