The Iconic Hilton Anatole , one of the largest convention hotels in the U.S., is currently seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join the property. This role is responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence across all departments.

What will I be doing?

The Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the hotel. This position will oversee the activities of key guest contact departments including hotel operations and food and beverage. The Hotel Manager will maximize profitability as well as guest and team member satisfaction in a property without a General Manager directly assigned. The role will implement and oversee the daily quality process at the hotel and serves as top operator in GM's position absence. The Hotel Manager will consult with owners and corporate offices, as required and interviews, counsels and evaluates staff.

What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hotel executive committee experience
• Experience working in an 800 rooms or greater property
• Working expertise and understanding of resort operations, programs and offerings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hilton enterprise experience
• Strong Rooms & F&B knowledge
• Local market expertise
