We are seeking an organized and detail oriented Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our client's team in Haymarket, VA.
The Litigation Paralegal will support all stages of litigation, and the ideal candidate will know the ins and outs of the entire litigation process. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
Salary: $80,000- $120,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research to support case strategies and filings.
Assist with case management, maintaining accurate and organized case files.
Perform e-discovery using DISCO to manage and analyze electronic documents.
Organize and electronically file pleadings, ensuring all documents are properly maintained.
Coordinate and schedule calendars to streamline case management and attorney availability.
Provide administrative support to attorneys, including handling ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
Proficiency with e-discovery platforms, particularly DISCO.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
