Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
Ability to provide accurate work estimates and meet deadlines.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, SQL, MS DevOps, and Azure.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with security management and access control in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with integration techniques, batch processing, and data management in Microsoft Dynamics.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O architecture and modules.
Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O System Administrator.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of data, data warehousing, and data lake concepts.
Advanced data warehousing experience, including MRP, production scheduling, and advanced manufacturing modules.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O Sales (CRM), Power Platform products (Power BI, Apps, Automate, etc.), and DevOps is an advantage.
5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform administration.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
