Position Overview



We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Clerk to join their client's team in Irvine, CA. This is an exciting Temp to Hire opportunity with the potential for permanent placement based on performance. The role is 100% onsite, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities



  • Answer phones, manage emails, and handle general correspondence.

  • Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.

  • Prepare and proofread documents and reports.

  • Manage filing systems and perform data entry.

  • Assist with administrative tasks and event coordination.


Qualifications



  • High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.


Required Work Hours



8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
