Process orders, activate shipments, assign and schedule loads
Track shipments, manage invoices, and update financial records
Handle carrier payments, order cancellations, and issue resolution
Monitor task boards and emails, responding to customer and carrier requests
Ensure accurate documentation and escalate issues as needed
Maintain precise load data in internal systems
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ year as an Associate Operations Coordinator (or 2+ years in customer service/logistics for external hires)
Availability for evenings/weekends (as required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail
Customer service experience in a call center environment

Pay: $19-20/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
Location: 100% onsite in Eden Prairie
