Position Overview



Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant with a marketing background to join their client's team in California. This role requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently manage administrative tasks while supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



  • Run and track cost per lead to assess marketing efficiency.

  • Monitor and analyze the sales of dead leads with the goal of converting them into active leads.

  • Perform market research to identify potential opportunities and trends.

  • Utilize Excel to track and manage key metrics, such as dead leads, converted leads, and sales ratios, while analyzing lead conversion performance.

  • Collaborate effectively with the team and contribute to a positive work environment.

  • Maintain composure and work efficiently under pressure.

  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment with ease.

  • Provide bilingual support in Spanish as a plus.

  • Possess 2 years of recent administrative background in marketing.

  • Work onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.


Qualifications



  • BA in Business or Marketing is required.

  • Proficient in Excel and capable of using it for marketing analysis.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.


Required Work Hours



Monday to Friday, First Shift

Benefits



Competitive pay range from $26 to $28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
