The Immunodiagnostics Division (IDD) of Thermo Fisher Scientific aims to spectacularly improve the management of allergy, asthma, and autoimmune diseases by providing healthcare professionals with sophisticated diagnostics technologies and clinical expertise. Our key businesses: allergy, autoimmunity, and systems.
A Day in the Life:
Promote the use of diagnostic tests to targeted physicians and markets.
Educate physicians on applying technology, interpreting data, and managing patient care.
Expand market share based on sales goals for the territory.
Train medical office staff on ordering and interpreting tests.
Submit weekly reports to track sales, product usage, and market analysis.
Collaborate with laboratory counterparts to identify targets and secure appointments.
Customize scalable solutions to meet account needs.
Travel within the district to manage territory ownership, including account planning and sales forecasting.
Support Business Development Executives in achieving sales goals and assisting with large system implementations.
Participate in district meetings for training, product updates, and intelligence sharing.
Assist with team growth by providing training and mentorship as needed.
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience
3+ years sales experience preferred
Track record of success in medical sales, B2B technical sales, or military service.
Knowledge of ACOs, IDNs, and Health Systems
