Budgeting and Forecasting for Commercial, Marketing & Product Management:
Develop and lead the annual OPEX budget.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual OPEX forecasts.
Monitor and report on variances to plan, providing explanations for significant deviations.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Complete monthly close activities related to OPEX of supported functions such as expense accruals, inter-company charges
Analyze historical and current data to identify trends and variances.
Prepare reports and review results/forecast with functional leaders.
Conduct detailed analysis and provide insights to areas for cost control.
Collaborate with other function to collect information and develop understanding for reporting.
Business Partnering:
Work closely with department heads to understand their OPEX requirements and provide financial guidance.
Assist in the preparation of cases for new initiatives and projects.
Provide financial support for contract negotiations and vendor management.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
How You Get Here:
Advanced knowledge of excel
Proven financial abilities, including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, as well as root cause data interpretation
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Organized and capable at prioritizing workload to deliver on time while achieving results in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with large and complex data and with communicating findings to senior management
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field
3 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting or related field, with a solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software)
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00-$130,000.00.
