Job Summary: Coordinate the development, planning, and administration of summer/winter sessions, summer high school programs, continuing education programs, and opportunities for non-degree seeking students. In collaboration with partners across the college, manage existing opportunities and develop new initiatives that build upon the College's strengths, support recruitment and retention, and extend academic opportunities to Ithaca College students. Ensure courses, programs, and opportunities offer high quality learning experiences.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in the development and delivery of educational programs; familiarity with new and developing practices in higher education and professional development, program development and assessment; the ability to work with diverse individuals and groups across various departments and schools; demonstrated organizational abilities with excellent communication skills; and the ability to represent academic affairs effectively within and outside of the College community are required.
This position is 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Hiring Range:
$80,000 to $83,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
