IT Support Technician - Hybrid (Boston) - $60K-$80K + Unlimited PTO



A growing financial services firm is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their small but highly skilled IT team. This is a great opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who enjoys a mix of hands-on support and project-based work.




YOUR CAREER GOALS



You enjoy solving technical challenges and supporting end users in a fast-paced, professional environment. You're comfortable troubleshooting laptops, AV systems, and networks while also contributing to IT projects related to system upgrades, network implementations, and maintenance.




YOUR AMAZING QUALITIES



You bring at least 1 year of IT experience, with a strong foundation in M365 administration and Mac support. You have exposure to cloud environments like AWS, Microsoft Entra, or Dynamics 365. Bonus points if you have:

• An interest in the finance industry
  


• Experience with scripting, programming, or AI tools
  

THE WORK YOU'LL BE DOING

• 
  Daily IT Support - Troubleshoot laptops, AV systems, and networking issues


• 
  IT Projects - Assist with system implementations, network upgrades, and general IT maintenance


• 
  Collaboration - Work alongside the IT leadership team


• 
  Flexible Work Setup - Hybrid schedule (~2 days/week in-office in Boston)
