POSITION SUMMARY:


This position acts as a manager of the Goodwill Reflections Program. The Reflections Program Manager will develop and oversee programs and services promoting employee wellbeing, helping to drive performance, engagement, and retention across our organization that meet the organizational mission and strategic goals. This role is tasked with constantly assessing that the services provided address the full spectrum of employee needs personal, family, and professional—ensuring alignment with agency mission initiatives and culture. Services may include individual counseling, family or life event adjustment issues, professional development, alcohol and substance abuse, domestic violence, mental health services, financial counseling, etc. This position is expected to
lead and develop a high-performing team by supervising and mentoring the Reflections Resource Navigators, and championing a collaborative, supportive environment that empowers the team to deliver high-quality, employeecentered services. This role will be highly visible and provide direct assistance and coordination of services at all of Goodwill of Southwestern PA’s locations. The Reflections Program Manager cultivates trust and builds relationships across all Goodwill SWPA divisions by leading with cultural competence, encourages change efforts in support of continuous improvement, and drives
services to achieve maximum impact on staff outcomes.


Duties will also include but are not limited to:



  • Lead, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and deliver exceptional employee wellbeing services.

  • Provide confidential intake and needs assessment for employees and refer employees to agency and community resources as appropriate

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to employee support and wellbeing, integrating services seamlessly into the employee experience.

  • Compile, examine, and evaluate data to ensure accurate and timely entry into online database and make recommendations to leadership for possible action based on analysis of employee needs and trends.

  • Create and foster an environment that encourages personal growth, resilience, and a healthy work-life balance.

  • Own the program budget in collaboration with People Services leadership, making adjustments and recommendations as necessary


Schedule: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday (Hours may vary depending on department needs.


Travel: Travel to Goodwill sites in Western PA and North Central West Virginia



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree AND 3 years of experience working with individuals in crisis or vulnerable populations OR Experience with case management, locating community and social services for at-risk or vulnerable populations.

  • Master’s degree AND 2 years of experience working with individuals in crisis or vulnerable populations OR Experience with case management, locating community and social services for at-risk or vulnerable populations.


External Hiring Range: $50,000-$55,000


Required Experience:


Experience working with services such as individual counseling, mental health support, substance abuse programs, financial counseling, and professional
development.


 REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS:



  • Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PA PATCH)
