Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, screen, and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain the office calendar.
Assist with office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials and equipment.
Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company or services.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and assisting with administrative support for other departments.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a Full Time Temp to Hire Opportunity.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
The ideal candidate will have :
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Pay $20.00 Per Hour
