The Associate Director of P2P-HCP Education & Engagement is a key role on our dynamic marketing team that will be responsible for developing and executing innovative HCP education programs that effectively communicate the value proposition of our dermatology therapies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, a passion for scientific communication, and a proven track record of success in delivering impactful HCP education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive HCP education strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives for Arcutis Biotech's dermatology therapies.
Lead the creation and execution of engaging HCP education programs, including but not limited to: scientific symposia, advisory boards, peer-to-peer exchanges, and digital learning platforms.
Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCP education activities across the organization.
Utilize data and analytics to track the effectiveness of HCP education programs, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HCP education and medical communications.
Contribute to the development of innovative HCP engagement strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive product adoption.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for P2P-HCP education.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) preferred.
7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing with a strong focus on HCP education.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful P2P-HCP education programs at the Associate Director level or equivalent.
