Your new role

• Oversee multiple projects at a time
  
  


• Manage project scheduling, buyouts and change orders
  
  


• Lead cross-functional teams to success
  
  


• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
  
  


• Manage risks and ensure project success
  
  


• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  
  


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience with base building projects valued between $10-15 million.
  
  


• Strong understanding of complex mechanical and electrical systems, as well as concrete and structural integrity.
  
  


• Mechanical or HVAC background is preferred.
  
  


• Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and estimating change orders.
  
  


• Ability to travel 1-2 times per month, typically for one night at a time.
  
  


• Capability to handle multiple projects at a time
