Job Description:

The MCO and Digital Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing changes in the manufacturing process to ensure minimal disruption to production flow. In addition, will play a key role in supporting the implementation of digital tools deployed by the company and driving improvement projects in the digital and technical domains. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful adoption and integration of digital solutions, as well as managing change projects, and ensuring that all changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently.

What will you do?


  • Coordinate and manage change projects: Work with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to implement application notes and assess the impact of proposed changes.

  • Develop and implement change management plans: Create plans including risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

  • Communicate and monitor progress: Keep stakeholders informed about changes and track the progress of initiatives to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.

  • Support digital transformation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital tools, lead digital projects, and provide training and support.

  • Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a change management role.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
