Salary: $34.00 USD Hourly - $36.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Cath Lab Tech in Newton, NJ!




Position Title: Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist / Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist



Contract Duration: 12 weeks



Schedule:

• 4 days per week, 9.5-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
  
  


• Rotational weekend/weekday STEMI on-call for NMC only
  
  


• No STEMI call
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Prepare for and assist with procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, PCI (STEMI), peripheral vascular interventions, pacemaker insertions, and interventional radiology procedures.
  
  


• Monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data during procedures.
  
  


• Provide procedural support to physicians pre-, intra-, and post-procedure.
  
  


• Assess and manage access sites, escalating issues to physicians as necessary.
  
  


• Prepare patients for procedures and adhere to on-call protocols for the Cath Lab.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist (RT) or Certified Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT).
  
  


• RCIS certification (preferred).
  
  


• Experience with cardiac Cath Labs, including scrub and monitor roles.
  
  


• BLS, ACLS, and IABP expertise required.
  
  

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• 
  Hourly Pay: $36.50 (weekly gross: $1,387.00)
  
  


• 
  Housing Stipend: $770.00
  
  


• 
  Meals & Incidentals: $476.00
  
  


• 
  Total Weekly Gross Pay: $2,633.00
