Location: Newport Beach, CA

Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly - $67.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Appian Platform Engineer II
6+ Month Contract
Hybrid in Newport Beach, CA



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Support Appian Applications for Finance and Accounting.


• Collaborate with Finance Technology and Business teams for end-user support.


• Develop solutions to simplify workflow processes.


• Monitor, troubleshoot, and update Finance Appian applications.


• Identify and implement process improvements.


• Create and review programming documentation.


• Perform process development, testing, and debugging.


• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.


• Required Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in a related field.


• 5+ years of experience with Appian BPM Applications.


• Software development experience (.NET, Java, Visual Basic, C#).


• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, UI/UX design.


• Experience with Appian Admin console and integrations.


• Familiarity with MS-SQL or equivalent.


• Agile team experience.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


• Nice to Have:


• Familiarity with Finance functions (Accounting, AP/AR, Financial Reporting).


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.


• Appian Level 1, 2, and/or 3 Certification.


• Advanced knowledge of Appian, BPM, or other workflow development.


• Experience with Azure DevOps, pipelines, and AWS.
