Job Title: Call Center LPN (Outbound Call Center)



Location: Fully Remote Worksite Location: Must live, and be licensed in Florida



Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Compensation: $24-25 per hour



Job Summary: Seeking motivated professionals for a fully remote position in the healthcare domain, supporting Care Delivery team. Join our team to provide outstanding patient outreach and support for home visits and telehealth appointments.



Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to patients for chart preparation and scheduling assistance.
  
  


• Gather and input patient information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  
  


• Perform assessments over the phone to aid healthcare providers with upcoming appointments.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  
  


• Licensed practical nurse in the state of Florida
  
  


• Previous experience with MS Office is essential; familiarity with eCW software is preferred.
  
  

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM EST. Training hours included.



Interview Process: Interviews will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.
