Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD Annually

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Electrical Maintenance Supervisor in Council Bluffs, IA area!



Responsibilities:

• Manage the projecting maintenance program


• Plan routine maintenance schedule and follow up on all problems to develop solutions


• Maximize available run time


• Monitor and repair breakdowns


• Keep upper management informed of issues that affect performance


• Ensure all safety devices are properly installed


• Ensure all parts and equipment remain at approved levels


• Responsible for supervising employees


• Adjust work schedule to meet production requirements


• Ensure all company, state, and federal requirements are met


• Supervise, train and develop subordinates

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred


• 3+ years related experience


• General knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems


• Knowledge of food plant production and processing equipment


• Knowledge of EPA regulations USDA and sanitation standards


• Previous supervisor experience


• Basic computer skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Basic mathematical and problem solving skills
