Keller is looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant based out of our Tampa, FL location.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process company credit card charges, to include matching credit card receipts and job costing for the related charges
Maintaining digital wallets to ensure that they are up to date and accurate
Communicate with supervisory team regarding any questionable expenses
Review vendor statements and request any missing invoices
Assist other branch offices with packing slip and receiving entries
Help accounting department on other projects as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience performing the responsibilities detailed above preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
A High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be detail orientated
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work with others in a team environment
Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Additional Information
Salary Range : $19 - $22 per hour
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
