Hospice Certified Nursing Assistants at Traditions Home Health Services in Hyde Park, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Hospice trained Certified Nursing Assistants to assist with or Senior Client who resides in Hyde Park.

Available Shifts: 12 hour shifts
Daily: 8a-8p, 8p-8a

CNA Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily living activities, including toileting, incontinence care, bathing, dressing, grooming, nail care, oral hygiene, and skin integrity maintenance.
- Monitoring vital signs
- Encouraging fluids, documenting what has been consumed
- Adhering to infection control protocols.
- Administering scheduled, on time Hospice Medication, if needed
- Housekeeping support: change linens, assist with laundry, cleaning the bathroom
- Engaging with your client in conversations
- Skilled in assisting with transfers, operating lifts if required
- Proficient in dementia care.
- Proficient in Hospice care
- Competently documenting shift activities every 1-2 hours by digitally using a smartphone
- Certified Nursing Assistant would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
