Job Description:

Futures Client Services require motivated individuals to perform key control functions and liaise with our clients. Client Service Representative will work closely with Sale and other departments on client retention, issue resolution and continuous process improvement while always promoting strong client advocacy. It's critical that the role be accountable and adaptable to the ever-changing demand of the job. We are looking for someone who oversee the execution, processing, and maintenance of FIA standard agreements for give-ups (Docs). Additionally, this role will lend a hand in client onboarding: validating non-KYC documents.

Major Responsibilities:


  • Client Liaison

  • Coordinate with sales and Operations team to execute and update give-up agreements

  • Ensure all agreements comply with industry regulations and maintain proper documentation.

  • Documenting processes and manual upkeeps

  • Identify inefficiencies in the give-up process and implement best practices or automation to enhance operational effectiveness.

  • Validating non-KYC client onboarding documents

Qualifications/Skills:


  • Strong understanding and experience in FIA Docs system and client onboarding.

  • Strong Operational knowledge will be helpful.

  • Proven skills in extending professional service to our clients and taking ownership of issues.

  • Excellent follow-through, attention to detail and interpersonal skills to communicate across multiple aspects of the organization at various senior levels is required.

  • Dynamic & proactive team player with the ability to identify process inefficiencies to improve capacity, efficiency and control.

  • Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure.

  • Strong time management skills required to meet time critical deadlines and priorities.

  • Superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative.

  • Strong work ethic and the ability to quickly build credibility and gain confidence of others.

  • Team oriented with strong integrity and professionalism.

  • Languages would be beneficial but not essential.

  • This position may require travel and working public holiday.

The expected base salary ranges from $80k-$150k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
