Collector/Repo Inventory Manager at Peoples National Bank in Mt. Vernon, Illinois

Job Description:

Peoples National Bank is seeking candidates for the Collector / Repo Inventory Manager role. Candidates should have at least two years lending experience, one year of collections experience, and a valid driver's license. The position requires frequent travel between locations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties for retail construction loans
• Assist in managing repossessed inventory and disposition thereof
• Perform inspections of non-performing mortgage loans on a monthly basis
• Assist in maintaining real property in the bank’s possession
• Serve as a backup for tasks assigned to other members of the Collection Team and assist in collections as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent conflict resolution skills
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment
