Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst for a highly collaborative role within our team. This position is designed to empower our teams with information that elevates insights and drives efficiency. The role encompasses Consumer Insights, Advanced Analytics, and Business Performance Solutions.
Responsibilities

• Automate processes through consolidation, analytics, and systematic decision-making.


• Develop and maintain documentation for systems and projects, including process flow and data mapping.


• Identify and address gaps in standard reporting to enhance visibility into core business drivers.


• Lead and participate in structured problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams.


• Translate business requirements into data requirements to ensure analytic solutions meet customer needs.


• Improve Dealer Management System reporting by transitioning to raw source data and refining the cleansing process.


• Expand product quality reporting by integrating data from multiple sources to provide clearer insights.


• Understand and connect data and processes within larger ecosystems.


• Effectively communicate solutions across all levels of the organization, from end users to upper management.


• Create solutions for various business areas including supply chain, marketing, and finance.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.


• 3+ years of diverse data analytics experience.


• Proficiency with advanced analytics tools such as Alteryx and PowerBI, and basic analytical tools like Excel.


• Experience working with upstream data and familiarity with data layer tools such as DataBricks or Snowflake.


• Skilled in coding languages like R, Python, or SQL.


• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical resources and business clients.


• Outstanding cross-functional leadership and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in defining problems, developing alternatives, and implementing solutions with measurable results.


• Knowledge of data validation and quality assurance processes.


• Ability to provide training and support on data tools and best practices.
